Business AI Specialist & Digital Transformation Consultant
I help businesses get more out of technology — from setting up the right tools to automating tasks that eat up time. My background is in operations, not just theory.
I am Chinecherem Ojekwu Emmanuel. I have worked across three sectors over the past five years, and each one has added something different to how I think about business problems.
I started in Nigeria's NGO sector as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. The job was mostly about data — collecting it, making sense of it, and turning it into something useful for decision-makers. That habit of looking at what the numbers actually say, rather than what people assume, stuck with me.
From there I went into private sector operations as Administrative Manager at GSS Security Services. I handled contracts, CRM, billing, client communications, and business development. Running the administrative side of a security company is not glamorous work, but it showed me exactly where things go wrong when systems are absent or ignored.
Now I consult on AI and digital tools for businesses. I also take on freelance work as an Executive Virtual Assistant — helping founders and managers with the day-to-day stuff that piles up when you are running something.
AI consulting, workflow automation, digital systems — present
GSS Security Services — CRM, contracts, client relations, business development
NGO/Civil Society sector — programme data, reporting, and impact tracking
Freelance — remote operations, AI-supported workflows, client coordination
I have spent time in three different working environments — NGO programmes, private security administration, and technology consulting. They look unrelated on paper. In practice, all three kept bringing me back to the same question: why is this not working the way it should?
That is still how I approach client work. I look at what a business is actually doing, not what it thinks it is doing, and find the gap. Sometimes the answer is a new tool. Often it is fixing something that already exists but nobody has touched in two years.
Some clients know exactly what they need. Others come with a problem and no idea where to start. Either way, here is what I can help with.
Most businesses do not need more AI hype — they need someone to sit down with them and work out what is worth doing. I look at how the business runs, spot where AI could save time or money, and put together a plan that is specific and actionable.
If your team is doing the same thing manually every day, that is a problem worth fixing. I map out the repetitive parts of your operations and set up systems that handle them automatically — fewer errors, less wasted time.
I build websites that do what they are supposed to — show who you are, explain what you offer, and make it easy for people to contact you or buy. No unnecessary complexity, no bloated themes. Just a site that works.
A lot of small businesses run on scattered notes, WhatsApp threads, and memory. I help set up proper systems — CRM, admin processes, file management, client tracking — so things do not fall through the cracks as you grow.
Before putting money into AI tools, it makes sense to understand what you already have and where the gaps are. I go through your current setup, tell you honestly what AI can and cannot fix, and give you a ranked list of where to start.
Calendar management, inbox handling, research, document preparation, client follow-ups — the work that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow. I take it off your plate so you can focus on the parts of the business that actually need you.
Most organisations collect data but do not really use it. I set up tracking and reporting frameworks that give you a clear picture of performance — what is going up, what is going down, and what to do about it.
Moving a business from paper and spreadsheets to digital systems takes more than buying software. I help you pick the right tools, plan the switch, and make sure your team actually uses what you put in place.
I plan and run email campaigns for businesses that want to stay in front of their audience without being annoying about it. That covers building your list, writing the emails, setting up automated sequences, and checking what is and is not working.
If you have something specific in mind or just want to ask a question before committing to anything, reach out directly. I reply within 24 hours.
